Designed, produced, ordered and orchestrated direct mailing of the Tube Times, a free 16-page quarterly publication sent to over 6,000 households and distributed at local bike and coffee shops. Design was limited to one Pantone color and black ink. Collaborated with entire staff on brainstorming story ideas, timelines, story graphics and copy editing. Approved soft and hard proofs. Provided printer with press-ready files, order numbers and excel sheets for direct mail addresses. Maintained inventory and was able to cut cost and waste from previous excess ordering.
