Designed, produced, ordered and orchestrated direct mailing of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition’s free, 16-page quarterly publication—sent to over 6,000 households and distributed at local bike and coffee shops. Design was limited to one Pantone color and black ink. Collaborated with staff of 20 to brainstorm story ideas, set timelines, design story graphics and copy edit. Approved soft and hard proofs. Provided printer with press-ready files, order numbers, and exported direct mail reports. Maintained inventory and was able to significantly cut cost and waste due to previous excess ordering.
